Chelsey has been with the company for over 15 years and has, at one point or another, worked in every role within the sales and marketing department. In 2015, after her contract was rewritten with a guarantee against boredom, Chelsey assumed management of the Sales and Marketing Department which has subsequently been expanded to include Leasing. She and her team strive to build authentic trust and mutual respect amongst homeowners and tenants through transparency. Her experience at Bucci has cultivated a pragmatic approach to problem-solving and a readiness to embrace change. Chelsey lives in Calgary and actively immerses herself in as many cultural experiences as possible, which she finds enriching both personally and professionally.
