If you have been to Radius, you’ve probably met Sebastian! On site concierge ensures your life at Radius is as seamless as possible. From parcel delivery, key fob and intercom programming, reserving amenities or just general questions, concierge is available to assist at the front desk in Radius lobby.

Overlooking Murdoch Park, Calgary’s beautiful downtown skyline and, on a clear day, the Rocky Mountains, Radius’ west facing rooftop patio lets you take it all in from the comfort of your own home. Exclusive to residents of Radius, the rooftop features a cozy 10-foot, double sided fireplace with seating along with a rooftop kitchen/barbeque station for days you don’t want to cook inside (or on your private patio!)
Urban Garden
Also found on the rooftop of Radius, our Urban Garden allows you to plant your own herbs and vegetables without taking up your personal patio space.

Want something a little more rigorous than yoga? Test yourself with the Radius Spin Room. 12 MyRide Life Fitness bikes gives you immersive, video-based instructions directly from the handlebars. Need to add some weights? Weight towers conveniently located in the center for ease of access.
982 SQ.FT. Soft Cardio Room*
The largest of the four gyms can be found on the main floor of Radius. With a range of equipment from treadmills, ellipticals, rowers, weights, and plenty of double-height space – you’ll be able to get your heart beating without the drive to a gym.
762 SQ.FT. Soft Weight Training Room*
Want a good workout session, but desire a little more privacy? Our weight training room is on the second floor and features a range of workout equipment including a TRX centre, with a little more emphasis on muscle building.
Underground Dog Wash
At Bucci, we are animal lovers and our Radius building is pet-friendly (and then some!), allowing you to live in comfort with your entire family. The underground dog wash/pet spa has a professional stainless-steel basin with a ramp, faucet, and sprayer suitable for large or small dogs. After bath time, bring them over to the hydraulic grooming table for brushing and finishing touches.
Underground Car Wash Bay
Calgary is famous for slush and our vehicles pay for it, left unwashed salt from the road can cause rust over time. Our underground wash bay gives you the opportunity to give a good scrub to your vehicle without waiting in line on a warm day.
SPUD Delivery Room
Radius by Bucci has partnered with SPUD to bring local, organic groceries directly to you, but the room is open to all food delivery services – explore options offered by your favourite local businesses. All deliveries can be scheduled and picked up at your convenience from one of the many shelves in the Radius ‘SPUD’ room.
Bike/Ski/Snowboard Workshop
Summer or winter – our underground workshop allows you to keep all your gear in peak condition! Whether you’re just filling your tires with air or adding wax to your skis – the workshop keeps your condo clean and gives you ample space to work. If you’re just looking for a space for a DIY project, this room does double duty as the perfect working space, and the Calgary Tool Library is just across the street!
