Our latest development, Tribeca will be built in one of Calgary’s most sought after inner-city neighborhoods: Mission. Known for many of its heritage sites, the area has not seen a new development in years. Mike Bucci, our vice-president of development even hunted for the site as it’s his favourite place in the city. Once known as the Village of Rouleauville this area has access to river valley bike paths, the Stampede grounds and a number of amenities.
Close to a number of local restaurants and bars including Mercato, Wurst, Vin Room, Melrose and the Ship and Anchor you’ll never have to go far for a good meal or drink. Grab coffee with a friend at the Purple Perk and shop along trendy fourth street SW or uptown 17th Ave. Not far from the C-Train and walking distance from the downtown core, it’s easy leaving the car at home.
The activities in the area are limitless. Apart from shopping and dining, Tribeca is close to the Talisman Centre, a number of galleries and home to the Lilac Festival in May. The free street festival includes over 500 craft, food and entertainment vendors across 13 blocks of Fourth Street.
WalkScore.com gives Tribeca a rating of 97% and title of “Walker’s Paradise”. When weather makes the roads impossible or when you just want to meet with a friend for a drink, don’t worry about driving or parking.
Come visit our Tribeca show suite for our public opening this Saturday, February 18th at noon and learn more about the neighborhood we love.
