Today, I am proud to announce that the final two purchasers at NEXT> received their keys.

Over three years ago our company was wrestling with the concept of launching a large multifamily project into a completely flat economy still reeling from the recession. The challenges were so great we came very close to not pulling the trigger. Instead, we believed in the Calgary market and delivered a new benchmark for multi-family living. Going forward, we will continue to execute on our promise of superior homes, superior customer service, and superior value, within all our projects.

Greg, Fred, and I would like to thank each and everyone for their unique and valuable contribution which made NEXT> possible. We are very grateful to work with passionate and competent people who believe, as we do, that this is the future of urban planning.

Our work is far from done at NEXT>. We must continue to address all outstanding deficiencies before we can proudly proclaim our achievement but I am confident we are more than capable of getting the job done.
